Ingredients

A list of the ingredients used in this feed may be obtained from the manufacturer or registrant. This feed is medicated with Decoquinate at 30mg/kg (0.003) of complete feed. This feed contains added Selenium at 0.110 mg/kg.

Claim

As an aid in the prevention of Caecal and Intestinal Coccidiosis in Broiler chickens.

Feeding Directions

As a general rule, use 1 bag of Chick Starter for 25 chicks.

Broiler Chickens

To be fed as a sole ration to broiler chicks from day old, to 4 weeks of age. They will consume approximately 1 kg of feed per bird during this time period.They may than be switched to a lower protein chick grower. If birds are growing too fast; switch them to a grower after 3 weeks, rather than 4.

Replacement Chickens

To be fed to a sole ration to layer chicks from day old, to 8 weeks of age. They will consume approximately 1 kg of feed per bird during these 8 weeks. The birds should then be switched to a chick grower.

Caution

Do not use this medicated feed for treatment of outbreaks of Coccidiosis.

Consult a veterinarian or poultry pathologist if losses exceed 0.5% in a 2 day period.

Do not use in association with another feed containing supplemental selenium.

Directions for use must be carefully followed.
